You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. User Content

Users may create, submit, upload, or store code, models, tools, data, or other content ("User Content") on the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant nihito a limited license to host, execute, and process this content as required to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your User Content. You must ensure you have all rights and permissions necessary for your submissions, nihito may remove or restrict accessto User Content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.

Paid Services

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing, and payment processing (handled via Stripe) are described in our Pricing and Payment Terms By using paid a spects of the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the Service. It is your responsibility to export your User Content prior to account termination; nihito does not guarantee continued availability of data after account closure.

Subscription Plans and Billing, nihito offers a range of subscription plans- including free, monthly, and annual options- with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Details of available plans and their current pricing are described on our website or within the Service. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable feesfor your selected plan, billed in advance at the start of each subscription period.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes, You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and may incur a pro-rated charge for the current period. Downgrades or reductions in service level will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Payment Processing, All payments for paid plans are processed by our third-party payment provider (currently Stripe). No Refunds, Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods If nihito terminates your paid subscription for convenience (see Section 2), we will refund any prepaid fees covering the period after termination becomes effective.
