This data is treated as confidential and is not shared with any third party except as required by law or as needed to provide the services (e.g., hosting and computation). Our customers own all intellectual property in any models, tools, datasets and outputs they upload or generate on the nihito platform (“Customer Content”). nihito gmbh will access Customer Content only as necessary to provide, monitor, secure or support the services, and will never use it for marketing, product development or machine-learning training without the 2 / 3 customer’s explicit, prior consent. Customer Content remains confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except

• to sub-processors listed at https://nihito.io/legal/sub‑processors, bound by equivalent confidentiality and security obligations, or 
• if required by law.

  We will update the sub‑processor list at the URL above and notify customers by email at least 30 days before adding a new sub‑processor, giving you the right to object. 

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide, customize, and improve our services.
• To create and manage your account.
• To process orders and handle billing (e.g., via Stripe).
• To provide customer support. - To improve and develop our platform.
• To send service-related communications.
• To send marketing emails (you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting info@nihito.io).
• To comply with legal requirements and enforce our terms of service.

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us with:

• Hosting and infrastructure.
