Our customers own all intellectual property in any models, tools, datasets and outputs they upload or generate on the nihito platform (“Customer Content”). nihito gmbh will access Customer Content only as necessary to provide, monitor, secure or support the services, and will never use it for marketing, product development or machine-learning training without the 2 / 3 customer’s explicit, prior consent. Customer Content remains confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except
- to sub-processors listed at https://nihito.io/legal/sub‑processors, bound by equivalent confidentiality and security obligations, or
- if required by law.
We will update the sub‑processor list at the URL above and notify customers by email at least 30 days before adding a new sub‑processor, giving you the right to object.
